2019 Fall Registration

Registration for Fall 2019 is here! We are excited to welcome you to Cygnus!
Please read the following e-mail carefully to ensure you are aware of our registration processes and changes! 


All registrations for the Fall 2019 will be completed online in the comfort of your own homes!

Current Member* Registration: Opens July 9th at 10:00am
New Member Registration: Opens July 11th at 10:00am

Our staff will be available during regular office hours to assist with registration issues via phone and email.  

*A member is someone who has been registered in at least one program since September 2018. If you have not been registered with us this season, you would not be a member.

Registrations for the incorrect program or at the incorrect time, will result in being removed from the class, a refund issued and a $20.00 administration fee applied.

Our offerings include 12 week sessions for Fall, Winter and Spring and a mini 9 week session in the Summer. 


A number of members have inquired about signing their child up for two classes per week. You can sign up for two classes at any time - We offer a 10% discount off the second (and third!) class you sign up for! We alternate coaches so that your child gets maximum exposure to our coaching team! Each coach will track your athlete's progress. 


Cygnus' Gold Medal Memberships are back! During the Fall Registration, select classes will be available for Gold Medal Membership. This membership allows members to sign up for all three sessions at once, guaranteeing your time slot for our Fall, Winter and Spring sessions! Space is limited!  

Classes offered with these memberships are: Tuesday 3:30 (Beginner + Intermediate) and Saturday 10:00 (Beginner & Intermediate). 

If there is a time slot not listed above that you would like register for a Gold Medal Membership, contact our office staff and we can try to make arrangements.

If we are able to secure more coaches, we will be making efforts to add more classes and additional time slots. When possible, if we have space and resources, we will make every effort to offer more classes. 

When completing your registration, if the class you're most interested in is full, you can wait-list through the registration system - you are not be required to pay for any wait-listed classes unless a space becomes available. You can wait-list for any number of time slots.

Alternatively, you can register and pay for an available class you can attend, and wait-list for your preferred class. If a space becomes available, you will be contacted and moved to your preferred class. You will be contacted directly by telephone if a class becomes available. Once contacted, you will be offered a space and advised of a deadline to respond and accept this space. Once this deadline has passed, your wait-list space will expire and we will move to the next person on the list. This process is required so that we can efficiently move through our wait-list.

Please note that classes may be cancelled due to low enrolment.


1) Ensure you are aware of the program your child should be registered in for the Fall 2019 session. Your child must be the indicated age for the below classes before September 23, 2019. If you are unsure of your child's badge level for the CanGym program, please contact info@cygnusgym.com or call 739-8197
· Tipsy Tosies - Walking-Age 3
· Rollin' Rascals  - Ages 3 & 4
· Daring Dynamos - Age 5
· CanGym Beginner - Ages 6-12 (Badges 1-4: Burgundy, Red, Tan and Bronze)
· CanGym Intermediate - Ages 6-12 (Badges 5-8: Purple, Blue, Turquoise and Silver)
· Adaptive Needs - Ages 6-18
· Teen Rec - Ages 13-18

Any registrations submitted for the incorrect level or age group will be contacted and moved to an appropriate class if a space is available. If classes are full, this may result in the cancellation of your registration less our $20 administrative fee. 

2) Review our class schedule and select a few options
3) Ensure you have all the information necessary for registration (Name, Age, Address, E-Mail, Birthday, MCP Number, Allergies/Health Concerns.)
4) Have your method of payment ready for the online transaction (Visa/Mastercard. We do not accept Visa debit, Mastercard debit or American Express at this time)
