Inclement Weather and Canceled Class Policy
 
In the event of inclement weather, a decision will be made at the discretion of the Executive Director (or designate) and communicated to members via the Cygnus Website, Radio Stations and Facebook/Twitter.

The decision to close will be based on the following timeline:
 
Morning Classes: A decision will be made by 8:00am
Afternoon Classes: A decision will be made by 11:00am
After School/Evening Classes: A decision will be made by 3:00pm
 
Classes canceled due to weather or building closure will not be rescheduled. Should a class be canceled due to coach absenteeism, a make-up class will be offered.
